Membership Application Fees
All quotations are subject to change at any time without notice. Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club and Lodge may, at its discretion, close membership in any of the above categories. Should the Resident Golf category be full or closed and a waiting list established for said category, prospective members shall secure their place on the waiting list by paying the initiation fee and dues equal to the Social category until the time he or she becomes first on the waiting list, the initiation fee to apply will be the current Resident Golf initiation fee minus the current initiation fee for the Social category. (Initiation fees are subject to increase.)

Payment of Application Fees, Dues and Charges
Application fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable and must accompany this application with payment in the form of a check. I hereby agree with Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club and Lodge to guarantee prompt payment of monthly billings for charges incurred by member, member’s family and authorized and sponsored guests.

Approval for Membership in the Club
I understand that this Application for Membership will be subject to approval by the Club, in its sole and absolute discretion. I hereby acknowledge that my membership constitutes a revocable license to use the Club Facilities in accordance with the Rules and Regulations established by the Club in its sole discretion, and does not confer upon me any ownership interest, or confer upon me any vested or prescriptive right or easement, in or to use the Club Facilities. I hereby further acknowledge that all of the Club Facilities are owned by T.B.H.C., Inc. which controls all Policies and Regulations and as such, these Regulations may be changed at any time by the Owner. I acknowledge receipt of and that I have read a copy of the current Rules and Regulations for Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club and Lodge. I hereby agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the Rules and Regulations as well as this Application.

Upon signing this Application for Membership, I hereby authorize the disclosure and release of information to the Club for investigating my qualifications for membership and authorize those persons or entities named by me herein to furnish information to the Club, including providing a credit report to the Club.
